I have decided that whenever I don’t have something to write about, I am going to share a recipe. I love food a lot and I enjoy cooking as well so while I can’t write about eating out experiences, I am sharing my eating in ones instead. This recipe is a mixture of a few different ones I found online mixed together to match what I had in my kitchen and it honestly tastes amazing.
- 100ml of Honey
- 2 tablespoons of Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons of Ketchup
- 4 Teaspoons of Mustard
- 4 Teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Teaspoons of Vinegar
- A pinch of Paprika
- Mix all ingredients together
- Pour over meat and leave for about an hour
- Cook meat and enjoy
- Alternatively, you can use as a sauce or use leftovers in a gravy
I use this recipe every time I make ribs now but it can be used on loads of different meats and vegetables. The nice weather means a lot of us are having BBQs and this recipe will make any food taste better.
