Honey BBQ Marinade Recipe

I have decided that whenever I don’t have something to write about, I am going to share a recipe. I love food a lot and I enjoy cooking as well so while I can’t write about eating out experiences, I am sharing my eating in ones instead. This recipe is a mixture of a few different ones I found online mixed together to match what I had in my kitchen and it honestly tastes amazing.

  • 100ml of Honey
  • 2 tablespoons of Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons of Ketchup
  • 4 Teaspoons of Mustard
  • 4 Teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Teaspoons of Vinegar
  • A pinch of Paprika

  • Mix all ingredients together
  • Pour over meat and leave for about an hour
  • Cook meat and enjoy
  • Alternatively, you can use as a sauce or use leftovers in a gravy

I use this recipe every time I make ribs now but it can be used on loads of different meats and vegetables. The nice weather means a lot of us are having BBQs and this recipe will make any food taste better.
